Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the MBPlastiPro platform, operated by MB Europe (Mertcan BILGILI, auto-entrepreneur, 28000 Chartres, France). By creating an account or using any feature of the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Description of Service

MBPlastiPro is a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform designed for injection molding engineers and plastics professionals. It provides:

• Engineering calculators (clamp force, cooling time, screw diameter, cavity layout, shrinkage, etc.)
• AI-assisted troubleshooting for injection molding defects
• Material and machine databases
• Project management and machine park tools
• Consultation request features

The platform is available in Free, Pro, and Expert subscription tiers. Feature availability depends on your active plan.

2. Account Registration

To access the platform you must create an account by providing your full name, a valid email address, and a password. By registering, you confirm that:

• You are at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
• The information you provide is accurate and up to date.
• You accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your account.

3. Subscription Plans and Payment

MBPlastiPro offers three subscription tiers:

• Free — limited AI sessions and calculator usage; no payment required.
• Pro — extended AI usage and full calculator access; billed monthly or annually.
• Expert — full platform access including consultations; billed monthly or annually.

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance. Prices are displayed at the time of purchase and may be subject to applicable VAT. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for unused time, except as required by law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute the platform's source code, algorithms, or database content.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access the platform or its data.
• Share your account credentials with third parties or allow concurrent use by multiple individuals.
• Use the platform in any way that infringes third-party intellectual property rights.
• Attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the platform's infrastructure.
• Apply AI-generated recommendations in production without independent professional validation.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on MBPlastiPro — including engineering calculators, defect libraries, AI models, software architecture, databases, and documentation — is the exclusive intellectual property of MB Europe unless otherwise stated. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the platform for your professional purposes only.

You retain ownership of data you upload or input (project data, notes, etc.). By submitting this data, you grant MB Europe a licence to process it solely for the purpose of providing the service.

6. Engineering Disclaimer

Users remain solely responsible for verifying machine limits, material safety data sheets, regulatory compliance, and process parameters before applying any result in a production environment. MB Europe accepts no liability for decisions made on the basis of platform outputs.

7. AI-Assisted Features

Certain features use AI language models to assist with troubleshooting and engineering recommendations. These features may produce inaccurate or context-inappropriate suggestions and must be reviewed by a qualified engineer before production implementation. MB Europe makes no warranty regarding the accuracy or fitness for purpose of AI-generated outputs.

8. Availability and Modifications

We aim to maintain platform availability at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features or pricing at any time. For material changes affecting paid plans, we will provide at least 30 days' notice by email.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MB Europe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to MB Europe in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page. Your personal data will be erased in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if you breach these Terms.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of France and applicable European Union regulations. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chartres, France, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email and by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
